Our schedule for the time being is:

  • Group CrossFit:
    • Monday and Wednesday: 5:30am, 6:30am, 4pm, 5pm
    • Tuesday and Thursday: 5:30am, 6:30am, 4pm, 5pm
    • Friday: 5:30am, 6:30am, 3pm, 4pm, 5pm

 

  • CFM Sweat:
    • Monday and Wednesday: 8:30am, 6pm
    • Tuesday and Thursday: 12pm
    • Friday:  8:30am
    • Saturday: 9am

 

  • Weekend Partner/Team CrossFit WOD:
    • Saturday: 10am
