Our schedule for the time being is:

  • Group Classes:
    • Monday and Wednesday: 5:30am, 6:30am, 8:30am, 11am, 2pm, 3pm, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm
    • Tuesday and Thursday: 5:30am, 6:30am, 8:30am, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm
    • Friday: 5:30am, 6:30am, 8:30am, 11am, 2pm, 3pm, 4pm, 5pm
  • Open Gym:
    • Saturday: 8am-10am
  • Weekend Partner/Team WOD:
    • Saturday: 10am
