How did you hear about CrossFit, and what was your first workout?
I heard about CrossFit while in high school. I did it on off-season as a Tennis player for a few months. I decided to give it a try again during COVID to get out of the house. Although I do not remember my first workout, I do remember that I did nothing correctly and was very confused Editor’s note: Shelby’s first CrossFit workout was not at CFM 🙂
