    • Tuesday and Thursday: 5:30am, 6:30am, 4:30 pm, 5:30 pm
    • Friday: 5:30am, 6:30am, 9am, 3pm, 4pm, 5pm

 

  • CFM Sweat:
    • Tuesday and Thursday: 12pm
    • Saturday: 9am

 

  • Weekend Partner/Team CrossFit WOD:
